Innocence
Look at this photo....must have reminded you the golden days of your childhood....of which you infact have no remembrance. Looking at a child is always worthful. It delight the watchers, it takes him to his childhood...it in fact forced him to spare some time and to co-relate him with the childish activities of the said child. For a moment, he forgets the agony and atrocities which comes in his way while living his life and facing all challenges posed by the life. Far from any tension......at complete peace.......in deep slumber.....No tension of any thing, either of food or of any other necessities of life. A deep sigh comes without waste of a single second and words " KASH........." comes out of the mouth generating from the heart...Simultaneously a second thought comes....... We do not deserve for such a great peace, deep slumber....Why...ssss...? We never endeavor to learn any thing while watching an infant. We never gets time to sit idle for some time and to think as to why he is at complete peace and as to why we can not be...? We never appreciate that a child never speaks false, never bother about his food...perhaps he knows that since he has taken the birth therefore, he is entitled for his food and he will get it. Perhaps he knows that to feed him is the duty of those who gave him the birth, who were instrumental in bringing him to this world. As soon as we start growing up...we also start forgetting that the FEEDING of all creations is at the shoulders of Almighty. He feeds even to those who live inside the rocks or in deep water where life is not possible at any cost. We often wonders as to how he survived in completely intolerable circumstances. In fact as soon as we grow up we forgets the Almighty and commits the mistake of thinking that only they are the masters of themselves and none else. The net result we all know....complete chaos in life full tensions loneliness sleepless nights unwanted and impossible illnesses. etc extra. I just want to say....have faith in Almighty who has send us to this earth as the best creation of HIM. We should have complete faith and belief that really we are best creation of HIM and hterfoe, we can not face any problem in life....and hence we should refrain ourselves from any and hence we should refrain ourselves from any sort of crimes which includes heart breaking as well in any of the circumstance. With warm Regards. Please forgive me if I have hurt any one.

Sharib
Papa Kahtey Hain Bada Nam Karega............Every one must have heard this beautifully written, meaningful and lovely song. When this song had hit the the listners, it caused a great and unforgetful impact in the mind of listners and even of non-listners, as during those days this song used to sung every where. I was in my school at the relevant period. I was actuated by this song to think something about my future prospects, but realy I was not knowing as to what was written in my destiny. I am 100% satisfied what i am today. We should realy have no grudge against the almighty. We should always be satisfied with HIS blessings. Some gets too much and some gets nothing. It is HIS will and the procedure to govern the entire world. We are helpless. We infact have no means to question HIS decisions, HIS choices, HIS work.We can only look forward towards HIM for our beenfits........... We often left no stone unturned in order to ensure a happy and prosperous life to our childern and in order to attain the same we even do not hasitate to infringe the legitimate and genuine rights of others. We do each and every thing which may leads to earn money and which may give prosperous life to our childern. We do not hasitate to commit even the crimes. In fact the basic root of all crime is the desire to earn more and more money for obvious reasons. We even forgets that we have no control on our life, quantum of livelihood and, we have no contol on day to day happenings, we have no control on natural calamitis. We all know that any untoward incident may happen at any moment. We all realise that we can take an animal to the water but we can not make him to drink. Some times, in order to fulfil our desire we do not hasitate to sell our Mother Land knowingfully that acts contrary to the interst of mother land have been forbidden by Quran, Bible and Vedas.Even than we continue to indulge in illegal and wrongful activites. Should we have some time and courage to think in this regard...? When nothing is in our hand...for what purposes we often indulge in such activites. No one knows what is written in the future of our loved ones and what they will do...Can our acts, obviously illegal and unlawful, be justified in any of the circumstance......? I often put a question to my self...... when we will realsie that we have certain duties towards this Society as well. Why we dont understand that " SAB APNI APNI BOLIYAN BOLKAR UD JAYENGE." Please spare some precious time, consider and let me correct in this regard if i am at fault.

Arushi Murder
So many stories are in the air with regard to gruesome murder of Arushi and her Parents's Servant. None of the story seems to be near the actual incident took place in the darkness of killer night which took lives of two human beings, needless to say, who are best creatures of Almighty. Since, human being are the best creatures of HIM, therefore, in order to ensure peaceful and joyful life to all, HE framed certain rules/ laws, regulation governing the life of all human beings. Aristotle referred HIS creature as social animal. He might have said so, considering the human nature to be "SELFISH" which implies that in order to suit own interest, one can go to any extent. In fact, the follower of "selfness" never hesitate to cause losses to others and sometimes even to eliminate them if their interest demands. Gardually with the passage of time following the due process we have got our laws in the form of penal laws as well as other laws governing every task of life. Therefore, whatever laws we have, should be followed strictly and in the letter and spirit. If any one violates any of the law it should be considered that he is violating the law of the COMMAND or of the Creator of the world. The other thing i.e., selfness is also inferred as and when any such violation is committed. Such violation of laws should be strictly dealt with. I am not the investigator in the Arushi's Case nor associated with the said case in any manner. But I wish to add one thing that if Police has not been giving effect to the order passed by Ld. Magistrate, who granted Police custody of 72 hours to the police, it clearly transpires that there are vested interest of the police behind the same. They should be held guilty.

Time Warrants
Most of the laws were codified during the period when we were slaves by the then Rulers to regulate our lives in order to suit their vested interest. It seems that still the Rulers, though elected through a democratic process, believes that the citizens of this Country should not be elevated from being slaves to independent and free citizens, free from vested interest of Britisheres, hence, they chosen to continue with the same laws. Whosoever is in the Govt., they all have been persistently furthering the policies of Britishers, need less to say, which is against the basic interest of Citizens of this Great Country.
The time has come to be unite and demand the law makers to consider afresh the laws and procedure in vougue.
From toady onwards I will strive to point out the out dated laws and warranting demands and suggestions in this regard in consonance with the interest of Great Citizens of this Great Country.
Jai Hind.
